Uncle Ry's Pig

Ry has a pig at school that he takes care of and will eventually sell when he puts on enough weight. Since Ry broke his leg Dad has been taking care of the pig. Park has gone a few times to check it all out.

There are also goats and lambs.

This is Uncle Ry's pig.

Guess what? ..... Pig Butt!

Merry Early Christmas!

Daddy came home early early Saturday morning(yay!), and we left for Corpus on Tuesday to surprise Hank's family, so saturday afternoon we opened presents at our house.
Grandma and Grandpa Clay gave her a cool ball pit.

Mommy gave her a doctors kit.

Which Daddy helped her try out.

The Warrens and Wickers sent her some very cute clothes, a tea set she loves, and a Minnie Mouse cupcake set that she really really loved. Thank you!

I had found her this random wooden Mickey Mouse nutcracker that she carried around everywhere for a few days. That was really all it lasted, by the end the nose was gone, the presents were broken, and the ears were bent.

This is how I found her ball pit later on.

Mommy and Daddy also gave her a jeep, she loves to sit in it, but is a little scared driving it.

Merry Christmas Costanzos!

Sunday night we had Sheila and her family over for dinner and to exchange presents.
Parker got this baby bed that she seriously loved. She dragged it around behind her all night, and the next morning.

Girls Night Out

I just recently found out that I qualify for 16 free hours of daycare every month that is called "respite" care for spouses of deployed Marines. I have been wondering why I didn't know about this 11 months ago! So Saturday night I left Parker with Sheila's neighbor, Kristy, who has a in-home daycare and whom Parker knows and love, and I went to Wilmington with the girls for a birthday dinner.

It was Sheila's and Laryn's birthdays this week so we went down there and tried out a fondue restaurant, and then went shopping.

I finally found some decent shopping (still a hour away, of course).

Naval Christmas Party

Saturday we went to the Naval Hospital Children's Christmas Party. First Park got her face painted.

Then we went and got some pizza and cookies, but once Santa showed up Parker wouldn't sit still. She insisted we immediately go see him.

She waited very patiently.

Until it was ifnally her turn!

"Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas!"

Then she went and made Daddy a Christmas card.

Park and Kes

Geez, I have gotten yelled at three seperate times today for not blogging lately.

We haven't been doing a whole lot lately though. On Thanksgiving we went over to Sheila's and ate with her family, then we went over to Laryn's and hung out with them.

Kes gave Parker her christmas present since Kes was leaving soon to go to LA for the month of December.

Friday I had to work so Park went over and played with Kes all day because the daycare was closed. That night I met them at Mike's farm and went for a hay ride through all these lights they put up.

The little girls loved. They also played Christmas music through a speaker at the back of the tractor.

Afterwards we ate at the restaurant. Everything is served family style, and they have amazing Mac and Cheese. Park was so tired by this point she almost fell asleep in my lap.
