Seattle Science Center
Yesterday we met my cousin Cherie and her kids at the Seattle Science center. We saw a cool IMAX movie about the Canadian Railroad (boys loved it, my girls were more interested in the popcorn), and then spent a little bit of time playing.
Jude really enjoyed being there.
They had a ton of real bugs to see.
Ian bravely touched a cockroach.
Ben and Ian put together bug puzzles.
There was a cool butterfly room that was really cool but Parker ended up being afraid of them.
James liked them.
There was a cool play area for toddlers that Dally screamed when I tried to take her out of.

Gingerbread houses
Cute little Jude. I get to sit in between him and Dally whenever we go somewhere because Dally won't let anyone else sit by her.
The kids decorated gingerbread houses today. Parker smashed her roof before we even started and needed emergency repairs.
Dally ate the graham crackers from the smashed roof.
Poor Jude.
Socks was attacking my foot the other night during a game of "Oh Hell."

Ship us to Grandma's
While Amy, Dally, and I were at the grocery store the kids decided they were going to ship themselves to Grandma at the lake. They got in the boxes and specifically requested the lake.

Zoolights
We had plans to do the Santa train and then head over to see the Zoolights at Defiant Point Zoo. Well, apparently they no longer have the Santa train there and all the other Santa trains in the area were sold out, so we settled for the Zoo.
We met the Penrods for dinner and then headed over to the Zoo. Everyone and their mom was headed to there as well (four miles of backed up traffic) but we finally made it and got inside.

It was cold, but we came prepared.
Evie and Park
The little lion and Miriam
The kids weren't all that impressed with the lights, were tired, and mostly were just mad that the animals weren't out.
Park convinced Uncle Curt to hold her.
Jude spent the entire night snuggling his mom and sleeping.
They were so done.
The purple tree- Amy's and Cami's favorite.
