Happy Halloween!

I haven't caught up with all the pictures from Grandpa and Grandma's visit but I thought I'd share some Halloween pictures first.
Hank came home early from work so that I could go help out at Parker's Halloween Party at school.  I love going in and seeing her at school and seeing what they're doing.

530 could not come soon enough for Parker, she was antsy all afternoon.

Hank, Miles, and Henry stayed home to hand out candy.  Hank says Miles sat like this all evening and just watched all the kids, he was really good.

The girls and Elsa, a neighbor.

We didn't have plans to walk around with anyone but the kids were all out and started together so we just went along.  It was really fun, Parker made it through almost the entire neighborhood with the big kids and Dally made it through half before we headed home.  Actually Dally was really mad when I took her home, every time I asked her if she was done she yelled "No!", but she had her thumb in and I was carrying her.

She was happy once we got home and saw Daddy though.  She had a great time putting candy in the kids bags the rest of the night.

Our neighbors Ceilia and Daniel.

Amberinna, one of the girls next door, is one of Dally's favorite people.  She almost picks her up and plays with her every time they see each other.

This year was so fun- the weather was perfect, the kids were great and had so much fun, we have fun neighbors to hang out with, and even Hank got into the spirit (surprising me by d/l a spooky music app for his ipad then hooking it up to speakers outside, carving pumpkins with the girls, dressing up, and volunteering to hand out candy, best husband ever!).

Joe's Crab Shack

Friday Hank was off work and Parker came home from school after like an hour claiming she was sick so we decided to do some shopping and go out to lunch.
It is the best going at lunch time during the week, we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves.

While we were eating grandma saw this big Sea Lion jump up onto the dock.  We got to watch him sun bathe the whole time.

Hanging out at home

Grandma and Grandpa left for home today and all day Dally has been asking for them.  The dog barked at someone outside tonight and she immediately started asking "Grandma? Grandma?".  Sad.

Thank you Thank you Thank you to everyone who sent Dally presents for her birthday.  She loved everything!

ITB Graduation

Tuesday we went up to SOI to watch Hank's latest class graduate and Hank give his speech.  Parker complained about her cough and asked to stay home from school... but was perfectly fine all day (and wore her vampire teeth all day, ha).

After the ceremony was finished we headed off base to San Clemente for some lunch.

Then across the street to walk the pier and play on the beach.

Happy Birthday Dally!

Dally is the funniest two year old I know.  She was so cute on her birthday constantly saying "Happy Birthday Mine."
Cupcakes from the neighbors.

She woke up right before this and didn't know what to think of the candles and cake.

She quickly figured out the presents though.

Henry hung out on the floor and watched.

Some of my favorite things about Dally right now are:
1. How she yells "Bus! Bus Momma!" anytime we see a bus (any kind of bus)
2. How she walks around saying "Ello, mornin" no matter what time of day it is
3. How she only steals Henry's blue binkies but never his green ones
4. How she insist on having juice and her blankie nearby at all times
5. how you can whisper the word "shower" at the end of the house and she'll come running to get in with you
6. how she loves to climb up on the top bunk and play but she won't climb down, she either waits until I pass the room to yell for me, or just sit up there and yell until someone comes to get her
7. how she never call Miles by his name, he is always "Dog, Dog".
8. How she can't pass a bag of goldfish in a store without getting some
